Q: WHAT DOES MY ASSISTANT DO? Answer: As
your processing assistant, my responsibility is to expedite the processing of your claim(refund). All
client information is held in the highest regard. While assisting you with your request, I am bound to abide by
specific laws and guidelines. Any and all information obtained will be used solely for the purpose of processing
your request.
Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS? Answer: It will need to be determined that you are the correct party. After you
have given written permission for your processor to assist you, you are forwarded a 1 page form to complete.
You may respond when you recieve it or, as your assistant, I can contact you within a week's time. Upon return of the form, you will be forwarded (by mail), for
your signature, all that is needed to file the request for you to receive these funds.
Q. HOW MUCH IS THE SERVICE FEE?
Answer: Although other processing services charge up
to 20% - the service fee here is a flat rate of 15% of the refund amount, and is only applicable once
you have received your check. This covers all of the costs incurred in our efforts even if these expenses exceed
the quoted amount. You have the option of SAVING
5% ON THE SERVICE FEE by sending your service fee in advance. That means
your fee will only be 10% of your refund amount.
